Hotel Overview

The location for the SCEH 2024 Annual Conference will be the:
     Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel
     900 South Disneyland Drive
     Anaheim, CA 92802-1844

The Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel is a low-rise hotel with oversized guestrooms that are the most spacious in the area, approximately 480 square feet. The castle-themed hotel is conveniently located just ½ mile from Disneyland® Resort.  All guests enjoy complimentary highspeed internet in guestrooms and public space, televisions, mini-refrigerator, coffee/tea maker and in-room safes.

Free Shuttle to Disney for Guests Staying at the Hotel: The Dream Machine Shuttle will take registered hotel guests directly to and from Disneyland® Resort during the park’s open hours. The ride to Disneyland® Resort from Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel takes approximately 6 to 10 minutes. The Dream Machine operates during Disneyland® Resort’s open hours and is on a first come basis. The schedule is posted in the lobby daily, so be sure to check it out as soon as you check in to Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel!

Hotel Room Block

We have secured a special discounted rate for our conference attendees. Guests enjoy complimentary internet in the guestrooms and public space.  All rooms have a mini-fridge, in-room safe, coffee/tea makers, hair dryers, Iron/ironing board.

These rates are available three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the Event Dates indicated in the Room Block, subject to availability.
Our event takes place from Wednesday, October 23 to Sunday, October 27. 

Room reservation deadline: Our special discounted rate is in effect until October 7th or until we sell out, whichever occurs first.

This will help ensure that all our attendee rooms are properly credited to the discounted room block we have arranged for conference participants.  Please review all hotel policies before reserving a room. Thank you.

Deposit, Cancellation and Early Departure Policies

Cancellations: The ANAHEIM MAJESTIC GARDEN HOTEL must be notified at least Forty-Eight (48) hours prior to the arrival date to cancel an individual reservation within the group.  Reservations cancelled within Forty-Eight (48) of the arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax.

Early Departure Fee: In the event that a guest who has reserved a guestroom within Group’s guest room block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of $169.00 will be charged to the guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise Hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. Hotel will inform members of Group of this fee upon check-in. 

Taxes and Mandatory Charges: You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees. Room rates are subject to current applicable Tax (15%), California Tourism Fee (.20%), Anaheim Tourism District Assessment (2.0%) and California Assessment Tax (0.03%).  Applicable tax and assessments are subject to change without notice.

Non-smoking Room: All rooms are completely non-smoking.

Security: Conference attendees are advised that the Hotel does not provide security in the event and function space and all personal property left in the event or function space is at the sole risk of the owner. Conference attendees are advised that they are responsible for safekeeping of their personal property.

  • Garden Court Bistro: Daily Breakfast and Dinner (hours may fluctuate with seasonal demands)
  • Garden Court Lounge: Daily Hours 4PM – 11PM.  Happy Hour 4PM – 6PM Full Bar and Food Menu available
  • Hanagi Japanese Restaurant:  Best Sushi in the Anaheim Resort Area.  5PM – 10PM (Days and hours may fluctuate with seasonal demands)
  • California Deli and Gift Shop:  Grab and go sandwiches, sales, snacks desserts, beverages, sundries, and gifts.

Hotel Parking

Parking for overnight stays is $16.00 per night, plus a 17.23% tax for parking.  This will include in and out privileges.
