About the Conference
Our 2026 conference theme, Circuits of Consciousness: Hypnosis, AI, and Psychedelic-Assisted Change, explores the dynamic intersections between hypnosis, emerging technologies, and transformative mind–body therapies. It features sessions that examine hypnosis within non-ordinary states, psychedelic-assisted treatment, or investigate innovative digital tools including AI-enhanced apps and platforms. Sessions advance clinical applications in: trauma; pain management; medical and dental care; palliative care, and child and adolescent practice as well as the integration of hypnosis with other therapeutic modalities. Attendees can explore new avenues that enable us to rewire circuits-- of both human and machine-- to shape the future of consciousness and clinical innovation in healthcare.
In addition to keynote presentations, the Scientific Program includes Research Presentations, a Presidential Symposium, and Poster Session. The workshops component of the event features Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced Level Clinical Hypnosis Workshops. Workshops meet accepted Standards of Training in Clinical Hypnosis. Several networking events round out the program. The program has been approved for CE or CME credits which also count toward SCEH Hypnosis Certification Programs.
